Get Your Ideal Virtual Assistant in 6 steps

Step 1 – Discovery Call

We have a meeting to understand your pain points and possible blind spots you might be missing. We’ll do a deep dive into your tasks, activities, culture and non negotiable requirements to find you the right candidates

Step 2 – Placement process

Our professional head hunter finds, selects and vets 2-3 top candidates. Our head hunter will then interview and select the best candidate based on YOUR needs and values and they will be interviewed by our Client Success Manager. 

Step 3 – Selection

You meet and interview the top candidates. You get the final say in the decision making process. Our team will be standing by helping you make the right choice.

Step 4 – Kickoff & onboarding meeting

Our Account Manager and your new team member get together for the first kickoff call to discuss training, communication, tasks and to start establishing processes that will set both of you up for success.

Step 5 – Follow up

Our Account Manager stays close by in the first few weeks to ensure a seamless and successful start. 

Step 6 – Nurturing

We will follow up periodically to make sure processes are running smoothly. You will always have access to your account manager in case you need help.
